Galerie Patrick Seguin
Our redesign of Galerie Patrick Seguin's identity is carried out through a custom typeface, Exposition, and a strict grid system. We applied these graphic principles to all communications by the legendary Parisian gallery. The facade of the gallery building, designed by Jean Nouvel, is also the discreet source for the shape of the typeface's period glyph.
The word mark – composed in 1 or 3 lines and not supported by a pictogram – required a typography with a singular and remarkable character. Therefore we designed a Sans Serif type family, Exposition meant to be used for the word mark and all the communication supports of the gallery.
